Describe how the room is used
Tell the store whether the floor is for a bedroom, living space, stairs, kitchen or another area. Mention the level of use, spills or moisture you need to consider, and any underfloor heating. Ask for the manufacturer's suitability and installation requirements for the specific product; the material name alone is not enough to settle those questions.
Compare samples in your own context
